Barrack Obama appears to believe he is the personification of 19th century German political philosopher, Friedrich Nietzsche's, "Overman." According to Nietzsche's Overman theory society must promote the development of the "super moral" man.

This philosophical theory the "Overman" was the basis for the cartoon character "
Superman." Further, Nietzsche's idea that society explicitly could create a "super moral" man, a "
superman" so to speak, that Hitler set out to create this creature in the Third Reich. This "super-moral" social being was what Communism was designed to create and why communist felt capitalism must be removed because capitalism is rooted in individual self-interest. And, the Overman is the super moral social being liberal "politically correct" legislation is attempting to create.

Will to Power I believe Barrack Obama believes in his heart that he is the personification of Nietzsche's Overman. Obama believes he is special and unique because he has obtained a “super morality” that no other American president before him, no other world leader before him and no other human being before him has obtained ... moral perfection. Obama believes he is a blessing to the world when he rose to political power, with little preparation or effort, to "set right all the past wrongs of capitalist America." I believe this is why Obama went to Germany while campaigning for the American presidency.
To symbolically introduce Germany to the Overman. This is why Obama seems to feel a special connection to Germany. The theory of the Overman was formed by a German. This could also explain why liberals seem to assume they are morally superior to Christians. While driving I observed the bumper sticker, "Jesus is a liberal":

Liberals maintain the humanist idea that man is the measure of all things and each man internally sets the standard of right and wrong, good and evil, for himself by which each man, being god in his own eyes, must judge all things. Liberal, humanism is the fulfillment of the devils temptation of Adam and Eve to rebel against God's authority and make themselves god, determining right and wrong, good and evil, for themselves by eating the fruit.

Needless to say, it appears God said, "Nietzsche Is Dead." Friedrich Wilhelm Nietzsche died from the same thing that killed Al Capone, neuro-syphilis, which drove Nietzsche mad. Hitler tried to bring Nietzsche's madness into reality and killed 12 million humans in the attempt. Communist tried to bring Nietzsche's madness into reality and killed tens of millions, perhaps 100 milion in the Soviet Union, China, Cambodia, North Korea, Cuba, and other places around the globe in their attempts.
